You can access Netflix by connecting to Roo VPN (download link: https://dsvpn.github.io/vpn/), but Netflix has strict proxy restrictions and may encounter the following situations. You can solve the problem according to the corresponding methods.
1. When watching Netflix, it prompts that this movie cannot be watched in your area (Oh no! This title currently isn't available to watch in your country.)
Solution:
1. Connect Kangaroo VPN;
2. Find the routing mode in the settings and select "Global Routing";
3. Select the "US" line;
Disconnect and reconnect Roo VPN
2. Open Netflix on the computer and it prompts not available

Click the network you are connected to;
Click Properties;
Uncheck "iPV6"
Windows 11:
Click the network icon in the lower right corner;
Find Network and Internet;
Click Advanced Network Settings to change the network adapter;
Right-click the network card connected to the network;
Click Properties;
Uncheck "iPV6"
Mac System Settings
Open Computer Settings;
Select Network;
Select the network you are connected to ;
Find Advanced and select TCP/IP ;
Manually turn off iPV6
