Please refer to the following method to change the DNS of a Windows computer:

1. Right-click the network icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, open "Network and Internet", and select Change Adapter Options;

2. Select the network card in use, click Properties, select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)" and click Properties;

3. Fill in "114.114.114.114" in the preferred DNS server address, and do not fill in the backup DNS server, then confirm;

4. Execute DNS resolution refresh from the command line

Win key + R, enter cmd in the run and confirm

In the command prompt, enter: ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

After the configuration is completed, restart the computer and reopen Roo VPN to try using it.
