How to recover your original account through appeal

We understand your anxiety very well, but we need some content to prove your relationship with the account.

● Please provide the following:

● Account name to be recovered;

● Your current Roo ID;

Screenshot of your recharge record when you are logged in to this account, preferably a screenshot of the most recent maximum amount;

Send the above content to 001@dsvpn.me;

Please note that the screenshot of the recharge record needs to be the payment details page;

In addition, please remember that no matter what the situation, do not provide your account login password to anyone or our customer service staff. If they actively ask you for your password, you can complain directly.

Note: It will take a lot of operations to recover your account. If there is no remaining usage time in your account and you have not used a bank card for payment, you can choose not to recover it and re-register one.

Please note that we will only handle this special case of account recovery once for an account. If we have already helped you handle it once, we will not accept a second processing request for the same account.

Account Retrieval Dispute Resolution Rules

For an account, when multiple users can provide the above-mentioned relevant content, Kangaroo will confirm the ownership of the account according to the following rules.

1.The account will be owned by the user who can provide the largest amount of proof in the historical payment record;

2.If the payment amount provided by multiple users is the same, the account will be owned by the user with the most recent payment record proof;

3.After the account ownership is confirmed, the final owner owns all the available time in the account, and the account usage time will not be cut in any way;

Finally, we remind you again not to share Roo accounts with strangers.
