We use a custom account and password (you can also use a random password) to register, but because of this, Kangaroo Account Management does not set an email address or mobile phone number for password retrieval, so any device that successfully logs in to the account can set a new password at any time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not share your account with others.
If you forget your account password, you can solve the problem according to the following corresponding methods.
1. The password of the account can be displayed in plain text in the personal center. If you forget your password, you can enter the personal center at any time and click the small eye behind the password to check it;
2. If you forget your password when logging in with a new device, you can use the logged-in device to check the password in the personal center and then log in;
3. If you cannot retrieve your password after logging out and there is no logged-in device, you can provide the purchase record to the online customer service in the software. Our backend staff will manually reset your password after verification;
