Through Roo VPN's account system, you can add multiple devices to one account. In this way, multiple devices in the account can be used online at the same time, and you only need to pay one fee in the account.
However, considering that users may have more devices, Roo VPN will increase the number of devices that can be logged in at the same time in the account in the future.
Please note that during the various account management operations such as registration, login, and device kicking, your usage time may change. For specific account usage time transfer rules, please refer to the instructions in the "Account Transfer Usage Time Rules" document.
In addition, Roo account management does not set an email address or mobile phone number for password retrieval, because any device that successfully logs into the account can set a new password at any time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not share your account with others.
This is not just a password issue. The Roo account is used by one person by default, so your payment information is saved in the account. If you share it with strangers, they can kick your device out of the account at any time and then enjoy the usage time you paid for.
If this problem occurs, although you have violated our "User Agreement", we will still do our best to protect your interests.
How many devices can be in one account at most?
Currently, one Roo account can have 2 devices (one mobile phone + one PC), which can meet the needs of 90% of users.
However, considering that users may have more devices, Roo VPN will increase the number of devices that can be bound to the account in the future.
How to change the device in the account?
If you change the device and the device in the original account is no longer used, please follow the following method;
1. If there is only one device in your account, please log in to your account with the new device, and then click on your original device in the account management interface to "kick it out".
2. If there are already two devices in your account, please use another device in the account, click on the same device you don't use in the account management interface, and "kick it out".
How to merge multiple accounts?
If you have multiple accounts for any reason and would like to merge them, please send an email to 001@dsvpn.me stating your account names and device IDs, and why you would like to merge them. We will manually handle this for you based on your instructions, as appropriate.
